For Shopify DTC founders running paid ads
Most founders manage inventory on a spreadsheet and a gut feel — and find out about a stockout when it's already happening: ads spending, revenue stopped. For $500, I'll show you exactly which products are at risk, when they'll run dry, and the revenue you're about to lose. Before it happens.
What you get
SKU-level demand forecast
Custom-trained on your sales history. Per product, per variant. Not a generic model — built specifically for your store's patterns, seasonality, and trends.
Stockout risk report
"You will stock out of [your product name] in 14 days." Specific. Named. Dated. Every high-risk SKU ranked by urgency.
Revenue-at-risk calculation
A dollar figure. What you stand to lose in the next 30 days if you don't act. This is the number most founders have never seen — and can't stop thinking about once they do.
Reorder recommendations
For your top 3 at-risk SKUs: exact quantity, exact timing. "Order 1,200 units within 10 days." Nothing vague.
How it works
You book and pay $500. I send you a simple data request — a sales data export takes 3 minutes to pull.
I build your forecast. Custom model trained on your SKUs. Usually takes 3–5 days depending on catalog size.
You get the report. Full written audit: forecast, stockout risks, revenue-at-risk number, reorder recommendations.
We walk through it together. 45-minute call. I show you what it means and what to do. No upsell pressure — just answers.

Frequently asked questions
What data do I need to send?
Just a sales data export — orders history and products. It takes about 3 minutes to pull. No API access, no integrations, no credentials needed.
What does the report actually look like?
A written document with four sections: your per-product demand forecast, a stockout risk report with specific products and dates, a revenue-at-risk dollar figure, and reorder recommendations for your top 3 at-risk products. Human-readable, no jargon.
Do I have to sign up for anything after?
No. The audit is a standalone deliverable — one payment, one report, one call. No subscription, no obligation. If you want the forecast updated every day after that, that's the retainer — but that's a separate conversation with no pressure.
What if I don't have much sales history?
The audit needs at least 6 months of sales data to build a reliable forecast. If you're earlier than that, reach out anyway — I'll tell you honestly whether it makes sense for your situation.
Why does this cost $500?
You're getting a custom model built on your actual store data, a full risk report with specific product names and dates, exact reorder quantities, a revenue-at-risk dollar figure, and a 45-minute walkthrough call. Generic inventory tools cost $50/month and you still have to interpret the output yourself. This is done-for-you, built for your products specifically.
What if I'm not satisfied?
If the report doesn't give you clear, actionable findings on where your inventory stands, I'll refund you. No questions asked.
I sell on Amazon, not Shopify. Does this work?
The audit is currently optimized for Shopify data. If you sell on Amazon, reach out — depending on what you can export, it may still be workable.
